Aaron Dickstein

Originally from Dayton, OH, Aaron grew up playing AAA hockey hockey in the Tier One Elite League for the Ohio AAA Bluejackets and Milwaukee Jr. Admirals. After graduating high school, Aaron spent two years in the junior ranks, playing for the Milwaukee Power and the Louisiana Drillers of the NA3HL, as well as for the New Mexico Ice Wolves of the NAHL. Austin Farely
Head Skill Development Coach
Austin grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, where he developed his passion for hockey playing AAA for the Chicago Young Americans, Team Illinois, and the Chicago Mission. He was selected by the Fargo Force in the third round of the 2010 USHL Draft and went on to play two successful seasons with the team before committing to the University of Minnesota Duluth.
At Minnesota Duluth, Austin spent four seasons building an impressive collegiate career, recording more than 100 points while earning his degree. He then launched a 10-year professional career overseas, playing in Sweden, Slovakia, England, and Hungary.
During the offseason throughout his playing career, Austin began working in skills development and discovered a passion for coaching. He has trained under Kevin Delaney, skills and skating coach for the Chicago Blackhawks and Rockford IceHogs, and has worked with athletes ranging from youth players to professionals. His coaching emphasizes skating, stickhandling, game strategy, and the discipline and confidence needed to succeed both on and off the ice.
Austin now brings his high-level playing experience and passion for development to SNH Performance, where he is dedicated to helping athletes grow and reach their full potential.
